The Sejm chamber designed by Kazimierz Skórewicz. Contemporary view from Wiejska Street. Decision to build a special seat for the Polish Parliament was taken in 1925, already after the regaining of independence by Poland in 1918. The inauguration of the new building took place on 27 March 1928, the day of the first convening of the Sejm of the second term.
