Sejm potępił nielegalne referenda zorganizowane przez Rosję na okupowanych terytoriach Ukrainy. „Przeprowadzone w atmosferze terroru łamią one wszystkie standardy prawa międzynarodowego” – napisali posłowie w podjętej w czwartek, 29 września, uchwale. Izba poparła także działania zmierzające do zaprzestania wydawania przez państwa Unii Europejskiej wiz obywatelom Federacji Rosyjskiej. „Pozwalanie obywatelom państwa prowadzącego brutalną wojnę na swobodne poruszanie się po Europie jest niedopuszczalne moralnie” – stwierdził Sejm.
„Sejm Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej nie uznaje wyników nielegalnych referendów zorganizowanych przez służby Federacji Rosyjskiej na okupowanych terytoriach Ukrainy. Przeprowadzone w atmosferze terroru łamią one wszystkie standardy prawa międzynarodowego i zasługują na jednoznaczne potępienie społeczności międzynarodowej” – głosi treść uchwały. Sejm poparł także Ukrainę „w jej dążeniu do odzyskania pełnej kontroli nad całością jej terytorium zgodnie z międzynarodowo uznanym stanem prawnym” oraz stanowczo potępił „zmuszanie mieszkańców terenów okupowanych przez Federację Rosyjską do służby w rosyjskich siłach zbrojnych, pomocniczych i kolaboranckich”.
Sejm pokreślił, że „pozwalanie obywatelom państwa prowadzącego brutalną wojnę napastniczą i dokonującego aktów terroryzmu państwowego na swobodne poruszanie się po Europie” jest „niedopuszczalne moralnie”. Posłowie przestrzegli, że umożliwia to Rosjanom demonstrowanie poparcia dla wojny i zbrodniczych działań Federacji Rosyjskiej, a także ułatwia służbom rosyjskim prowadzenie operacji wywiadowczych i dywersyjnych na terenie UE. Izba postuluje także wprowadzenie w UE zakazu używania symboli promujących agresję Rosji na Ukrainę.
„Państwa Unii Europejskiej oraz instytucje unijne powinny solidarnie stanąć po stronie napadniętych, a przeciwko napastnikom” – podkreśliła Izba. „Sejm Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej apeluje do Prezesa Rady Ministrów o dalsze działania w tej kwestii, zaś do wszystkich sił politycznych w Polsce – o wsparcie starań polskiego Rządu” – napisali posłowie.

The Sejm condemns illegal referenda in Ukraine and calls for taking steps to stop issuing visas to the citizens of Russian Federation
The Sejm has condemned the illegal referenda organised by Russia in the occupied territories of Ukraine. "Conducted in an atmosphere of terror, they violate all standards of international law," MPs wrote in the Resolution adopted on Thursday, 29 September. The Chamber also supported the actions taken to stop issuing visas to the Russian Federation citizens. "It is morally unacceptable to allow citizens of a country waging a brutal aggression war and committing acts of state terrorism to move freely around Europe," the MPs stated.
"The Sejm of the Republic of Poland does not recognise the results of the illegal referenda organised by the services of the Russian Federation in the occupied territories of Ukraine. Conducted in an atmosphere of terror, they violate all standards of international law and deserve unequivocal condemnation by the international community," the resolution reads. The Sejm also supported Ukraine "in its efforts to regain complete control over all of its territory under the internationally recognised legal status" and strongly condemned "forcing inhabitants of the territories occupied by the Russian Federation to serve in the Russian armed, auxiliary and collaborationist."
The MPs stressed that "allowing citizens of a country waging a brutal aggression war and committing acts of state terrorism to move freely around Europe" is "morally unacceptable". MPs warned that the above enables Russians to demonstrate their support for the war and the Russian Federation’s criminal actions and eases the execution of intelligence and subversive operations within the European Union territory by Russian services. The Chamber also calls for introducing a ban in the European Union on the use of symbols promoting the Russian Federation's aggression against Ukraine.
"The European Union states and the European Union institutions should jointly stand up for the attacked ones and against the attackers," the Chamber stressed. " The Sejm of the Republic of Poland appeals to the Prime Minister for further action on this matter and to all political forces in Poland to support the Polish Government’s efforts," the MPs wrote.
